You can book your dental appointment online or by phone.
Booking Online:
1. Search. Click on Schedule an appointment online with Novadent
2. Select the treatment option
3. Select the date which better suits you
4. Select the time for your dental appointment
5. Fill the form
6. Complete the payment
7. We’ll verify and confirm it via email. You’;re booked in!
Booking by Phone:
Please call us on 012542244/0870991111 and we will guide you through your booking process. We’ll verify and confirm it via text message.
We will ask for at least 48 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else. Regrettably,patients who continually fail to attend their appointments or cancel at last min. will be liable to pay a ‘’failure to attend’’ fee.
This must be settled prior to a new appointment being arranged otherwise no further appointments can be made.
A valid credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation. You can also make a booking using someone else’s card provided you have their permission. In this case please confirm the card holder’s name and that you have permission to use their card, in the ‘Special Requests’ box when making your booking.
As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. We also email a copy of this confirmation to you. Your confirmation includes all of your reservation details.
Yes, it’s easy. You can cancel or change your booking by calling us.
Please, remember to check the cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking. Non-refundable special deals can have a different cancellation policy.
